When we came on board in October 2024, Nexus Built had minimal organic visibility: just eight branded keywords and no analytics setup to track performance. The challenge was to grow non-branded search presence and build an inbound pipeline of qualified leads.

Approach

Rebuilt their site architecture to better reflect their capabilities, creating and optimising seven strategically targeted service pages, a dedicated lead confirmation page for conversion tracking, and began publishing relevant blog content to build topical authority. With a focus on on-page SEO, internal linking, and local relevance, we built the early-stage authority needed to gain traction.

Results

The site grew from 8 to 2,919 ranking keywords. Organic clicks increased 116% period-over-period, with average position improving from 38.3 to 19.1. Lead conversions tripled, building a sustainable pipeline of qualified enquiries.

Parc Concepts had minimal organic visibility with just 680 ranking keywords and an average position of 34.3, meaning almost no first-page visibility for their landscape design and pool building services in the Newcastle region.

Approach

We implemented a targeted local SEO strategy focused on service-specific content, keyword research aligned with high-intent local searches, and content publishing to build topical authority across landscape design, pool landscaping, and native plant topics.

Results

AB One Solutions came to us in December 2024 with a one-page website, no analytics, and no Google Business Profile, leaving them virtually invisible online and with no data to guide decisions.

Approach

Challenge

Apprenticeships Are Us is a national apprenticeship and traineeship placement service. When Rank Haus came on board, their Google Ads account was running three generic catch-all campaigns with inflated conversion tracking that counted micro-interactions as leads. The website converted at around 2%, meaning the majority of paid traffic left without taking action.

Approach

We restructured the Google Ads account from three generic campaigns into 12 targeted LeadGen campaigns, each with its own budget, keywords, and tailored ad copy. Conversion tracking was rebuilt to count only genuine form submissions. We also consulted on CRO improvements including CTA placement, page layout and user flow, and additional supporting content to convert more visitors into leads.

Results

The CRO work delivered an immediate impact, lifting site-wide conversion rate from 2% to nearly 8%. The restructured ad campaigns drove 394 qualified leads in Q1 2026 alone at approximately $55 per lead, with monthly lead volume increasing 90% compared to the previous period. Top-performing campaigns included automotive, electrician, IT, and mature age apprenticeships.
