How long before I see results?
SEO compounds over time. Some quick wins may show up within weeks, but meaningful, lasting growth typically takes 6+ months. We track everything so you’ll always know what’s working.
What’s included in the monthly report?
We keep it clear: keyword movement, traffic changes, performance trends, CRO insights, and a summary of what we worked on (and what’s next). No fluff.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. We work month-to-month. While we recommend a 3-month minimum to gain traction, there are no lock-in contracts.
Do I need to stay on this plan forever?
Not at all. While SEO is most effective when it’s consistent, you’re free to pause or cancel at any time with 14 days’ notice. That said, most clients stick with us because the results compound, and so does the ROI.
What if I don’t have time to create blog content?
No problem. We can either help you plan and optimise your content strategy, or create content for you as an optional add-on. You’re not required to blog to benefit from SEO, but great content does help growth over time.
What platforms do you support?
We work with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, SFCC, and other major platforms. If your site is on something a bit different, we’ll assess what’s possible before we get started.
Do you include blog writing or backlinks?
Blog content can be added as an optional extra. Backlink outreach is not included in this plan, but we can quote it separately or as part of a custom campaign.
Can I combine this with a design retainer or CRO work?
Yes! This service already includes light CRO (like heatmap analysis and small UX tweaks), but if you need more in-depth conversion design, and a/b testing, we can create a combined retainer to keep everything running and improving month over month.
Is this service right for a brand-new business?
It depends on your goals and budget. If you’re a new business that needs immediate ROI, we don’t recommend starting with ongoing SEO. In that case, we suggest beginning with our Audit & Strategy and Implementation & Optimisation packages to get your site SEO-ready, then focusing on faster-return channels like paid search or social media ads. Once you’ve got some traction and budget to reinvest, our SEO Maintenance plan is the perfect next step for long-term, sustainable growth.
Do I need to be hosted with you to access this service?
No, but if we do host your site, we can also manage plugin updates, speed tools, and backups as part of your maintenance plan. We’re happy to work with your existing host if you prefer.
